This project began with a comprehensive analysis of Alaska Airlines, examining the company’s history, business strategy, competitive landscape and key industry challenges. Using Brandwatch, Google Trends, Access Newswire and other media monitoring and research tools, our team analyzed consumer sentiment, media coverage and emerging trends surrounding the brand. From this research, we identified a central question: how has Alaska Airlines’ merger with Hawaiian Airlines affected customer satisfaction? Our findings informed strategic recommendations focused on strengthening the customer experience.
